Orange Hype is a vibrant, highly sought-after open-centered variety introduced around 2020 by hybridizer Jurgen Wagschal from Germany. It is a pollinator magnet, celebrated for its unique multi-layered structure and fiery color.

Characteristics:

Form:  Collarette (CO)—An open-centered type featuring a single ring of broad, flat outer ray florets. These surround an inner ring of shorter, twisted petals (the "collar") and a central exposed disc.

 Color: Orange (OR) or Bicolor/Light Blend (BI/LB)—The outer ray petals are a brilliant, pure orange. The inner collar is a stunning mix of orange, yellow, and soft pink/apricot, surrounding a golden-yellow center. This complex color makes it dynamic and eye-catching.

Bloom Size: Small (BB/M)—Blooms are typically 3 to 4 inches (7–10 cm) in diameter, making them perfectly sized for the Collarette form.

Height: Medium to Tall, generally ranging from 3 to 4 feet (90–120 cm).
