Fluffles

Fluffles was hybridized Glen Gitts (or Nicolas Gitts) from the Western US introduced in 2015.

Characteristics:

Form: Formal Decorative (FD). Despite the formal classification, its petal structure is notably unique. It is often described as having a frothy, meringue-like, or heavily ruffled texture on the petals.

Color: Light Blend (LB), combining soft pastels. The colour is generally a lavender-pink or shell pink on the outer petals, gradually transitioning to a creamy white or eggnog yellow center as the flower unfurls.

Bloom Size: Small (BB), typically 4 to 5 inches (10–12.5 cm) in diameter. The official ADS size classification is BB-Small (4"–6").

Height: Tall, generally reaching 4.5 to 5.5 feet (135–165 cm). Its robust growth makes it suitable for tall garden displays.

Performance: Considered a fantastic cut flower due to its long, strong stems and prolific blooming habit. It's often non-fussy and produces an abundance of tubers.
