Fairway Spur

Fairway Spur is a a Giant Formal Decorative type which was hybridized by Cleaver and introduced from the United Kingdom in 1996.

Color: Apricot-Pink-Bronze Blend (BR). The colour is a lovely multi-tonal blend of rich peachy-pink and soft apricot, often showing a glow of bronze or tangerine closer to the center.

Form: Formal Decorative (FD) or Decorative. The petals are broad and generally flat, but often have a wonderful wavy or gently twisted texture, giving the colossal bloom a soft, casual charm.

Bloom Size: Giant (AA) or Large (A). This is a classic "Dinnerplate" dahlia, with blooms typically measuring 8 to 10 inches (20–25 cm) and capable of reaching up to 12–14 inches (30–35 cm) with disbudding.

Height: Tall, growing to about 3 to 4 feet (90–120 cm).

Performance: A true show-stopper and florist favourite known for its impressive size, strong stems, reliability, and elegant colour palette that is perfect for large-scale floral arrangements.
