Ask with Minnie

The Ask with Minnie was hybridized by Ernie H. Cawkwell and was introduced in 2012.

Color: Dark Pink (DP) / Coral-Pink. The color is often described as a warm sugar-pink or salmon with a subtle gold or apricot lining on the petal tips, giving it a tropical glow.

Form: Formal Decorative (FD). Features large, fully double, symmetrical blooms with broad, neatly overlapping petals.

Bloom Size: Medium (B). Typically measures over 6 to 8 inches (15–20 cm) in diameter, but some growers list it in the Small-to-Medium (BB) range of 4–6 inches. ADS Classification: 2005 (Medium, Formal Decorative, Dark Pink).

Height: Tall. Grows to approximately 3.5 to 4 feet (105–120 cm) tall.

Performance: Excellent Cut Flower. Highly prized for its long, dark, and exceptionally strong stems, making it a top choice for market bouquets and floral design.
